Hi! I’m Wanda. I’m a queer Asian-American therapist who cares deeply about freedom both individually and collectively. I love to support people toward self-acceptance, deepening relationships, feeling more whole and moving forward from their past. If you want support with your relationships (family, friends, partners), translating your emotions, exploring your identity, integrating and moving through trauma, embracing and transforming conflict, and/or deepening your relationship with yourself, others and the world around you — let’s chat. I value tenderness as I value self-accountability, I see them both as necessities in finding clarity. So with that, the way I move as a therapist is that I’m here to support you in building a stronger understanding of yourself, your wants, your needs and your process with patience, delight and curiosity.
