I’m a neurodivergent, queer, and bicultural therapist who works with those who think deeply, feel intensely, and often wonder where they fit in. If you’ve ever felt too much, not enough, or just different, you’re not alone. My practice focuses on providing culturally responsive, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed care to neurodivergent, queer, racialized, and first- or second-gen folks navigating identity, belonging, and systemic challenges. You may have felt pressure to shrink yourself, filter your words, or constantly prove your worth. I see you.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to mask, code-switch, over-explain, or perform. I bring my authentic self into our work and invite you to do the same—laughter, tears, swearing, or whatever else comes up. I use both acceptance and change strategies, meeting you where you are while challenging you to move toward where you want to go.
Outside of the therapy chair, you can find me lifting heavy things, geeking out over tech and video games, stuffing my face with food, or dancing at music festivals. I know taking the first step in therapy isn’t easy—trust me, I’ve been there too. Whenever you’re ready, I look forward to connecting with you.
