I am a Board Certified Art Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, Nationally Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provider, and a Childlight Yoga Instructor. I am dedicated to serving individuals, youth and families who are overrepresented in systems and who have experienced systemic oppression. I strive to provide affirming care for diverse SOGIE and BIPOC individuals, youth, and caregivers in learning, acceptance, and understanding of their intersectionality and unique experiences. I utilize trauma informed practices, restorative justice principles, and expressive art techniques to facilitate opportunities to process experiences, heal from trauma, and set goals for positive outcomes. I identify as biracial, having both Korean and Sicilian backgrounds. My lived experience and personal investment in DE&I spaces greatly impacts my work with clients and the perspective that I bring to the table.
