I am a second-generation Korean American, born in Chicago, and raised in the PNW. I spent my early adult life experiencing how different contexts of geography, culture, spirituality and mindset shape our sense of self and how we engage with the world. My main modalities include AEDP, Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Lifespan Integration and Attachment Theory. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher, and offer therapeutic yoga sessions integrating polyvagal theory and a mind-body approach.
