I provide in-person and virtual therapy in Ontario for individuals experiencing anxiety, relationship strain, and trauma. I aim to foster sessions in which you feel safe to explore and connect with yourself as you embark on your healing journey.

My identity as a racialized South Asian woman and daughter of immigrants absolutely informs my lens. Honouring your unique and culturally specific worldview is an integral part of my therapeutic approach. I am passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health in BIPOC communities and take pride in working alongside my clients that balance different cultural identities.

I have been working in the mental health field for over 7 years, and have a professional background in emergency psychiatry and inpatient oncology. I am a trauma-informed therapist and take an eclectic approach in therapy that is guided by your individual needs. I draw from acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), which is aimed to help people work through trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges.

I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation to discuss further and ensure we are a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you.
