Bio
Welcome! I’m Alex and I’m passionate about helping people have healthier relationships within themselves and with others. I work with couples and families who are stuck in conflict, seeking better communication, healing from past wounds, bridging cultural gaps, or adjusting to life transitions. I also provide individual therapy to support those affected by relational issues. Together, we can work on managing anxiety, processing trauma, overcoming people-pleasing habits, improving emotional regulation, working through codependency, and embarking on a journey of healing and wellbeing.
I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into my practice. Whether in individual therapy or couples/family therapy, we’ll identify root causes of relationship issues, develop healthier communication, and deepen emotional security to ultimately foster healing and connection within your relationships.
I’m hopeful that you’ll find the healing you’re looking for because you’re already taking the first step and seeking help. If you’re curious to work together, we’ll first set up a 15-minute call to understand more about your story and how I can support you. I look forward to getting to know you!
