My therapy approach and style are simple and down-to-earth. You show up and we talk together in a secure, non-judgemental environment. My goal is that you are heard, understood and overall feel validated about where you are.
My training is trauma-informed and mindfulness-based. I have experience working with different models of talk therapy from years of experience assessing the relationship between the mind and body. I also use EMDR therapy for clients who prefer this modality of support. I work with adult individuals, ages 17+.
Online services are available in MB, SK, AB, BC, and ON. My area of focus is helpful to people experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma. Both my Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees are from the University of Manitoba.
