Bio

Hi there! My name is Brandon.

Life can be a tough place, but I’ve learned over the years that with the right perspective and right kind of help/support, we can overcome much more than we ever imagined possible, and thrive instead of just survive in life.

In times of stress, we often feel anxious, wish things would be different, and/or can even feel a little hopeless / sad… and that is why I am here. As a person of color/ Asian American, young professional, and first generation graduate-level college graduate in my family, I recognize the struggles of life transitions, complexities of cultural/racial identity, acculturation, and the stress of trying to find a balance between success AND happiness.

I, ultimately, want to help you restore your hope.

I specialize and am passionate in working with and advocating for young professionals, college students, and people of color.

My eclectic clinical approach involves utilizing: Critical Race Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Behavioral Therapy. I embrace a collaborative, personalized, and practical approach that integrates cultural sensitivity, compassion, & a sense of humor in which creates an environment that harvests growth/change.
