Bio
I often work with clients who are going through/processing life transitions and grief. Additionally, provide space to explore any and all kinds of relationships. Currently accepting clients for telehealth services in NY state. I’m available Monday to Thursday, mornings and afternoons.
During initial sessions, we will start the journey of how we want to collaborate which will allow us create focus areas and plans to approach issues as well as curiosities.
We’ll explore what brings you to therapy and what style might work best. Then moving forward, we will adapt to be responsive to growth and new objectives. I often approach my understanding through a Relational Multicultural Psychodynamic lens, incorporating Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to support specific skill building.
