Bio
Thank you for visiting my page. I mostly work with folx from historically and systematically excluded communities through relational/developmental trauma, history of abuse, anxiety, depression, overwhelming emotions, numbness/disconnection, and interpersonal/attachment issues. If you are struggling to find your place within the dominant culture and have realized that aspects of your identity exist in a state of ‘in-between’, you are not alone. Healing is possible. Here is a space to fully show up, explore your multitude, and heal.
I am committed to practicing anti-oppression, client-centered, and body-based therapy. I support my clients to walk towards personal agency to transform their experiences and to find joy, even when the external world is not supportive. When we work together, we tune in to your body and use it as a resource to discover patterns and to make changes.
Safety within our therapeutic relationship is foundational to growth and change. I approach clients with curiosity and compassion, especially the parts that may be hard for you to accept. Together, we cultivate your strengths, while providing enough challenge for growth and long-lasting change. I provide free 15-minute phone consultations.
