Welcome! My clinical focus is on how difficult issues like mental illness, addiction, and relationship conflict are influenced by your family of origin and early attachment experiences with your parents. My therapy approach is discussion based, with the goal of improving your understanding of yourself as an individual who is emotionally differentiated from your family history.

Sessions with me are focused on processing past examples that you have gone through, creating a sense of meaning and personal responsibility, and learning the life lessons that you should have gotten from your family of origin. I also provide a variety of tools and materials to help you think about the choices you make every day in a more mature way.
